How to make Chicken Biryani at home

Biryani, is an South Asian dish that comes in set of rice-based foods made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and meat, fish, eggs or vegetables.
How to Cook Chicken Biryani At Home
Ingredients for making Chicken Biryani
Chicken : 1 1/2KG (1 and a half kilos)
Rice : 1KG (1 kilogram)
Ginger Garlic Crushed: 2 Tablespoons
Salt: According to taste
Tomato: 3 medium
Onion: 6 medium
Yogurt: 1 cup
White Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric : 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder: 2 Tablespoons
Crushed Coriander :1 Tablespoon
Hot Spices Crushed: 1 Tablespoon
Green Chili: 6 to 8
Tamarind: 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar: 2 Tablespoons
Green Coriander: Half Ghati
Mint Proof: Half Ghati
Hot Spices: 2 Tablespoons
Yolk Color: Half Tablespoon
Lemon: 2 medium
Cooking Oil: 1 Cup
How to Cook Chicken Biryani step by step
STEP NO 1: Clean and wash the rice and soak in water for 30 minutes and keep aside.
STEP NO 2: Take a pot and heat three to four cups of water in it until it starts to boil.
STEP NO 3: Now cut two lemons and put them in the rice and add a little hot spices and salt.
STEP NO 4: Cook until the rice is three-quarters cooked, then remove it from the stove and keep it aside.
STEP NO 5: Take a pot and heat oil in it.
STEP NO 6: Add onions and fry until light brown in color.
STEP NO 7 : Now add garlic ginger paste and chicken and fry it for 10-15 minutes.
STEP NO 8: Add tomatoes & water to it and cook it for a while until it becomes soft.
STEP NO 9: The tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, white cumin, red chilies, salt, coriander powder, hot spices, green chilies and cook it.
STEP NO 10: Now add lemon vinegar and tamarind to it and cook it for 25 minutes
Remove the cover.
STEP NO 11: Add the brown onion paste and cook until the chicken pieces are cooked and the gravy is thick.
STEP NO 12: Now keep the gravy aside.
STEP NO 13: Now take out the rice in a separate bowl and keep the remaining rice in it.
STEP NO 14: Now one layer of rice and one layer of chicken gravy and then make two or three layers of these layers and add coriander and lemon yolk color on top of it.
STEP NO 15: Remove the steamed rice from the tray and transfer it to a serving dish and serve hot with raita and your biryani is ready.
