INTRODUCTION
Chow mein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg noodles and fried vegetables. We like to add vitamins and our favorite is chicken, but you can use different meats. This dish is pan-fried so the noodles get a nice crispiness to them and then it’s tossed in a delicious sauce. Chow mein gets its distinctive flavor from the thick, deep homemade sauce .The noodles are tossed with a perfect balance of sweet and salty.

INTREDIENTS
Boneless chicken breast (cut lengthwise): 1 piece
Salt: 1+1/2 teaspoons
White pepper:1/2+1/2 teaspoons
Corn flour: 1 tablespoon
Egg white: 1
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Bean sprouts: 1 cup
Cabbage (slice): 2 cups
Carrot (slice): 1 cup
Capsicum (slice): 1 cup
Onion (Slice): 1 cup
Green onion leaves: 1/2 cup
Noodles: 1 packet
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
Chopped garlic: 1 tablespoons
Broth: 1/2 cups
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

METHOD
STEP NO 1: First, take a pot and add water to it and boil one packet of noodles for three minutes.
STEP NO 2: Now marinate one Boneless chicken breast with one teaspoon of salt, one and a half teaspoon of white pepper, one tablespoon of corn flour, one egg white and one teaspoon of oil.
STEP NO 3: Now deep fry it for five minutes.
STEP NO 4: Now in a pot, fry a tablespoon of chopped garlic until light golden.
STEP NO 5: Now add two cups of sliced cabbage, one cup of carrot, one caper, one onion and fried chicken.
STEP NO 6: Then add bean sprouts 1 cup two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of Oyster sauce and one and a half cups of broth and cook for five minutes and mix well.
STEP NO 7: When the gravy becomes dry, add the noodles to it and mix it for two minutes.
STEP NO 8: Now put it in a dish and serve hot.
